Membrane Leak Detection Sensor 40×40 cm LoRaWAN – Milesight EM300-MLD 868

The Milesight EM300-MLD 868 is a LoRaWAN-based membrane leak detection sensor designed for wide-area water leak and floor wetness monitoring.

Unlike spot or rope-based leak sensors, this model features a 40 × 40 cm detection membrane that covers a larger surface area and reliably detects conductive liquids such as water, weak acids or weak bases. The sensor triggers when more than 1.5 cm of the membrane is soaked.

The membrane can be vertically trimmed to fit installation requirements, making it ideal for deployment under appliances, inside server rooms, under raised floors, or in commercial buildings.

With built-in storage for 1,000 records and support for data retransmission and retrieval, the EM300-MLD ensures data integrity even during temporary network interruptions.

The device supports LoRaWAN® (EU868) and Milesight D2D communication, allowing device-to-device communication without a gateway when required.

Powered by a 4000 mAh Li-SOCL2 battery, the unit can operate up to 10 years depending on reporting configuration. Its IP67-rated enclosure ensures durability for long-term installations.
