Shipping Costs for Goods

Within Germany

Flat shipping fee of €8.00 (plus VAT).
Free shipping for orders over €1,000.

Shipping to EU Countries

Flat shipping fee: €15.00 (plus statutory VAT).
Free shipping is not available for international orders.

If a valid VAT identification number is provided during checkout or in the customer account, VAT is deducted for deliveries to other EU countries (intra-community supply).

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

  • Orders under €1,000: €40.00 (plus VAT)
  • Orders over €1,000: €85.00 (plus VAT), including standard shipping and customs processing

Note: Import duties (e.g. VAT) are not included and must be paid by the recipient directly to the shipping provider.

Delivery Times

  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–7 business days
  • Non-EU countries: up to 30 days

The delivery period begins upon order confirmation. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order contains items with different delivery times, the entire order is shipped together unless otherwise agreed.
