Door and Window Sensor with Temperature & Humidity LoRaWAN – Milesight EM300-MCS 868

The Milesight EM300-MCS 868 is a LoRaWAN magnetic contact switch designed for real-time monitoring of doors and windows. In addition to open/close detection, it measures temperature and humidity for comprehensive environmental and access monitoring.

The magnetic sensor detects opening events within a 20–30 mm sensing distance and reports status changes instantly. Configurable alarm intervals and reporting times allow flexible adaptation to security requirements.

Integrated temperature and humidity sensing provides ±0.3°C accuracy (0°C to 70°C) and ±3% RH accuracy (10% to 90% RH), enabling combined security and environmental monitoring in one device.

With IP67 protection and UV-resistant housing, the EM300-MCS is suitable for industrial and outdoor environments. Internal storage of 2,800 records plus retransmission support ensures no event data is lost during network interruptions.

Powered by a 4000 mAh battery, the device can operate over 10 years depending on reporting configuration (EU868, SF7).
