Wi-Fi dome security camera with two-way audio and microSD – HiLook IPC-D140HA-D/W 2.8 mm

The HiLook IPC-D140HA-D/W in the 2.8 mm version is a 4 MP Wi-Fi dome camera for fixed outdoor mounting points where no network cable is planned for data connection. It is installed at front doors, garages, side entrances, terraces, outbuildings, and under eaves where a compact dome form factor and Wi-Fi setup make more sense than a conventional wired network link.

The 2.8 mm lens is the wide-angle version of this model. It covers the area in front of doors, short access paths, and smaller yard sections well. The 4 MP resolution sits above standard Full HD and is a solid fit for homes, small business units, and secondary access points where people, vehicles, and movement need to be recorded with usable detail.

For low-light scenes, the camera uses EXIR with IR range up to 30 m. That suits driveways, access points, and exterior walls where the scene still needs to remain readable after dark. Digital WDR helps in backlit conditions, for example when the camera faces entry zones or gates with changing light.

The microphone and speaker are already built in. That allows not only video monitoring but also basic two-way communication at entrances, side access points, and garages. Local recording is handled through a microSD card slot with support up to 512 GB. Remote access is available through compatible apps and client software.

The camera supports motion alarms with human and vehicle target types as well as perimeter protection including line crossing, intrusion, region entrance, and region exit. That makes it more useful where alerts need to focus on relevant events instead of every movement in the scene. IP66 protects the housing against dust and rain for normal outdoor use.
