Product Description Technical Details

The Dragino LPS8v2 4G (EU868) bridges LoRaWAN sensor traffic to your IP network using Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or 4G cellular. It’s a strong fit for sites where fixed internet isn’t available everywhere, where cellular is used as a backup, or where you need to roll out pilot deployments fast.

It’s fully LoRaWAN compatible and supports common integration methods such as Semtech UDP Packet Forwarder, LoRaWAN Basic Station, and ChirpStack Gateway Bridge (MQTT), so it works with most LoRaWAN platforms in the market.

For system integrators, the LPS8v2 can also run locally with a built-in LoRaWAN network server (ChirpStack) and Node-RED, enabling on-prem processing and automation without relying on cloud services. Remote monitoring and maintenance is handled via Web UI and SSH, including auto-provisioning for batch deployments.

Typical deployments include smart buildings, metering, agriculture sites with cellular uplink, municipal sensor points, and factory environments.
