The RAK7204 WisNode Sense Home is a compact indoor environmental monitoring station that combines key room metrics in one device: temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and an IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) index. Data is accumulated on the node and sent via LoRaWAN® to a gateway for cloud forwarding.

It is designed for very low power operation: with the included non-rechargeable battery, the manufacturer states 2+ years of operation. Firmware allows you to adjust the sensor sampling interval and the transmission cycle, making it easy to optimize for either tighter monitoring or maximum battery life.

The integrated design fits the electronics and battery into a 90 × 85 × 34 mm enclosure. With a built-in LoRa antenna and a swappable battery, it’s well suited for locations without mains power—offices, classrooms, warehouses, and temporary installations.
