The RAKwireless RAK19007 is a 2nd-generation WisBlock carrier board that powers and interconnects a WisBlock Core, an IO module, and up to four WisBlock modules (slots A–D), built for compact enclosures.
It upgrades the platform with a USB-C connector, an improved voltage regulator, and a layout that allows GNSS modules to be used without blocking another sensor slot. Power can come from 5 V over USB or a 3.7 V rechargeable battery, and a 5 V solar panel connector is included for battery recharging in remote deployments.
For low-power builds, an electronic load switch lets the Core application control power to the attached modules. High-speed board-to-board connectors plus screw mounting improve robustness and help maintain signal integrity, and 2.54 mm pitch headers expose BOOT, GPIO, I2C, and UART signals for integration and bring-up.
