The Milesight EM500-PT100 (T800) is a LoRaWAN temperature sensor built for demanding environments where reliable high-temperature monitoring matters. With a measurement range of -50 to +800 °C, it fits typical industrial high-heat scenarios while avoiding long cable runs by using long-range LoRaWAN connectivity. The device uses a platinum sensor with a 3-wire connection and provides 0.1 °C resolution, enabling clean trend data and consistent limit monitoring.

To keep datasets dependable in the field, it can buffer up to 1,000 records locally during temporary network outages and retransmit data once connectivity returns. You can also configure threshold alarms (over-temperature/under-temperature) and change alarms to flag unusual shifts early—helpful for process stability, quality control, and equipment protection.

Commissioning is straightforward via NFC using a phone, with additional options via downlink or the internal USB-C port for configuration/console access. With an IP67-rated enclosure and flexible wall, pole, or DIN-rail mounting, it’s ready for real-world industrial deployments.
