Milesight EM500-PT100 T500 LoRaWAN Temperature Sensor -50 to +500 °C (EU868, IP67)

The Milesight EM500-PT100 T500 is a rugged LoRaWAN temperature sensor designed for reliable monitoring across -50 to +500 °C. It’s a practical choice when temperature is a key safety or quality parameter—such as in warm process zones, technical installations, or production steps with elevated heat—while LoRaWAN connectivity helps avoid long cable runs and simplifies deployment.

The device uses a PT100 platinum probe with a 3-wire connection and provides 0.1 °C resolution, which is ideal for clean trend data and consistent limit monitoring. To keep datasets dependable in real installations, it can store up to 1,000 records locally during temporary connectivity issues and retransmit data once the network is available again. You can also enable threshold alarms (too hot/too cold) and change alarms to catch unexpected shifts early.

Setup is straightforward via NFC using a phone, with additional configuration via downlink. An internal USB-C port is available for configuration/console access. With an IP67-rated enclosure and flexible wall, pole, or DIN-rail mounting, it’s ready for demanding industrial environments.
