Pipe Pressure Sensor 0–16 Bar LoRaWAN – Milesight EM500-PP 868

The Milesight EM500-PP 868 is an industrial pipe pressure sensor designed for continuous monitoring of liquid and gas pipelines. With a measuring range of 0–16 bar (0–1600 kPa), this model is suitable for industrial systems where stable pressure conditions are critical.

With ±0.5% FS accuracy, the sensor detects even small pressure fluctuations, helping identify leaks, material fatigue or dangerous pressure spikes before pipe bursts or production downtime occur.

The device features a G 1/2″ male process connection for straightforward installation into existing pipe systems. The sensing element is made of stainless steel 316L, providing resistance against vibration, mechanical stress and corrosive environments.

Integrated LoRaWAN® connectivity (EU868) ensures secure long-range wireless transmission with low power consumption, making it ideal for distributed industrial facilities, utility networks and remote installations.

Powered by a 19,000 mAh Li-SOCL2 battery, the unit can operate up to 10 years at a 10-minute reporting interval. Configuration is available via NFC mobile app or USB Type-C connection.
