Indoor CO2 Room Sensor – Nexelec RISE x520ls

Nexelec RISE is a 3-in-1 room sensor for indoor air monitoring. It measures CO2, temperature and relative humidity, and shows the CO2 status directly on the device with a green/orange/red indicator light. The indicator is visible from more than 10 metres away, making ventilation needs clear without checking a dashboard or handheld meter.

The sensor can be wall-mounted or placed free-standing. It fits classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, waiting areas, shared rooms and public buildings where air quality needs to be checked continuously. CO2 levels are analysed every 5 minutes. An audible signal can also be enabled when indoor air quality deteriorates.

For building operators, system integrators and facility teams, RISE is built for larger deployments. Configuration is handled by NFC from a smartphone. Measurement intervals, transmission settings, thresholds, light indicators, sound alerts and radio parameters can be adjusted without complicated setup work.

The built-in microSD card stores up to 10 years of sensor measurements. This gives operators a local measurement history when radio coverage is temporarily unavailable or data needs to be reviewed later. LoRaWAN transmission supports periodic reporting, reporting on change, and grouped data transmission with redundancy.

CO2, temperature and humidity measurement are specified for long-term stability. The CO2 sensor recalibrates automatically every week, with manual calibration also possible. Temperature and humidity are measured with high accuracy for indoor spaces with changing ambient conditions.
