A. Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier)
took possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post):

You may use the withdrawal form set out below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal
before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs for the least expensive
standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery
option will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any
fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—
whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For items that cannot be returned by standard postal service (freight forwarding goods),
we estimate return costs at up to €55 per item.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely in the case of:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items;
• digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if execution has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your
  right of withdrawal once execution begins.

General Return Instructions

To help us process returns quickly and safely:

• Please return goods in their original packaging, if possible.
• Use an outer shipping box to protect the product packaging.
• If the original packaging is no longer available, use suitable protective packaging.
• Please do not send goods back carriage due / unpaid.

These notes are not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal, but they help us ensure a smooth and secure process.
